Ranchero wins at Indie Fest!

My 35mm feature "Ranchero" took top honors at the 2008 Indie Fest USA.
The top prize, Best of Festival, was awarded to the 35mm feature "Ranchero" at the 2008 Indie Fest USA in Downtown Disney.
"Ranchero," directed by Richard Kaponas, written and produced by Brian Johnson is a story about discovering ones self worth. In this multi-cultural film, rancher Jesse Torres discovers love, danger, and ultimately himself when he relocates to Los Angeles.
Starring Roger Gutierrez, Brian Eric Johnson, Christina Woods, and Danny Trejo, "Ranchero" will be screening in McAllen, Texas in November.
