I'm a performer/director/playwright in NYC. I work on new, experimental, politically oriented, thought provoking, provocative, interesting projects. I received my Master's degree in performance studies from NYU (Tisch) in May. My research and practical theatre interests include Middle Eastern studies, feminist/activist theatre and collectives, creating/performing documentary theatre, using theatre as a tool to help empower refugees and rebuild/heal war torn/disaster areas and communities.
